Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions Upstate South Carolina homeowners ask most.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We do not force our clients into signing lengthy contracts. If you don’t like us for some reason, just cancel.
When do you charge for services?
We charge for all services when they have been completed. The invoice is sent to your email once the service is done.
Will you tell me you are coming to treat my lawn?
Yes. We send an email the day before all services are performed. That email outlines what we are applying to the lawn and the care instructions that go with it. If you’d prefer, we can call you to let you know we are coming.
When will my service start once I give you payment information?
Our goal is to treat your lawn within 7 business days of getting your payment information, with a special blend that starts to control weeds right away. There are times of year when it can take longer — if weather delays us, or in spring when large volumes of new clients sign up.
How do you know how big my lawn is?
We use technology that allows us to precisely measure your turf. If we can’t see your lawn online, we will visit your property and get an accurate measurement.
Who do I contact if I have questions about the service or my turf?
Email info@nvlawnscapes.com or call (864) 416-5119. Either one goes directly to our office and gets your question answered in a timely manner.
Do you mow lawns?
No. Nature’s View Lawnscapes is a lawn management company — we specialize in fertilization, weed control, disease and insect control, and aerification. We don’t offer mowing, and we’re happy to work alongside whoever does.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Tom and Aaron came out of commercial turf management on golf courses, and we treat both homes and commercial properties across the Upstate.
