An email goes out the day before every service, naming what we are applying and the care instructions that go with it. Ask and we’ll call instead.
Fertilizer and weed control across the full turf area, plus spot treatment of whatever is actually up that day.
We charge for services once they are completed. The invoice is emailed when the visit is done.
Pricing is based on cost per square foot. We measure your turf with mapping technology, and visit in person when the lawn can’t be seen clearly online — so the number follows your actual lawn, not an estimate of it.
Warm-season and cool-season lawns run on different products and different calendars. The species you have decides which program applies before anything else does.
Our 7-application programs cover the essentials. The 10-application premium programs add fungicide protection and an extra lime application for lawns where disease pressure or soil pH needs the extra help.
Aerification and seeding, insect and disease control, and ornamental landscape revitalization are priced on top of the annual lawn program rather than built into it.
